Attached you will find the 2011-2012 Perry Township Competitive Travel Teams Roster.
All competitive players must sign up on Saturday JULY 9TH sign ups at Perry Township Hall between 9am and 1PM.
Please bring a copy of your birth certificate and a small picture. The fee is $65 plus $30 for the fundraising cards. You will recoup your fundraising card fee by selling the cards.
